Product Assurance  - Forest Meat operates on an accredited safe food system through the rules and regulations imposed on us by the Victorian Food Authority. We run a strict HACCP system. We have regular inspections by the Victoria Food Authority and also conduct our own internal audits to make sure we always are operating to the highest standard.

We have been supplying our retail and wholesale customers including butchers, supermarkets, food service companies, restaurants and cafes since 2002. Our fleet of vehicles are refrigerated and certified to ensure deliveries are carried out using appropriate OH&S procedures by following strict food handling guidelines.
